From Dispensary to all our patients
Are you going away for Christmas or the New Year? Do you want to beat the rush and plan ahead?
You could help yourself and our dispensing team save time and hassle leading up to Christmas by ordering your prescriptions in advance.
We would encourage you to order your repeat prescriptions by Friday 16 December 2012.
Thank you and we wish you a Merry Christmas from the Dispensary Team.
To order a repeat prescription please either call in person, post or fax
(516809) your repeat prescription form. Alternatively you may use the
online option by logging on to
https://SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com
You
will be able to access part of your medical record in order to see
a list of repeat medication available - it is then necessary only to select
which medication is required. Please note that you can only order repeat
prescriptions for medications which do not have reviews due.
If you do not already have a logonid and initial password, please ask at
Dispensary.
We do not accept telephoned requests for repeat prescriptions.
Timetable for dispensing patients
Your medication will be ready for collection from the surgery within two working days.
If you submit your request when the surgery is closed your repeat prescription will be available at the surgery two working days after the surgery's next opening. For example, if you complete the website form on a Saturday afternoon, you will be able to collect your medication from the Dispensary (when it is open) after 8.30 a.m. on the following Wednesday. Medication may be collected only at the following times: 8.30 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 6.30 pm on weekdays only.
If you require your medication more urgently than the stipulated two working days you will need to contact our Dispensary staff during normal surgery hours in person when consideration will be given to your request. For medication required urgently when the surgery is closed please contact the Wiltshire Medical Services (the Out of Hours service) on 01249 456530.
