Table of fees
Doctors’ Terms of Service provide for a number of statutory medical certificates to be issued to patients free of charge. Some services are Non NHS services and a charge will be made for NON NHS Services. Rates are based on recommendations by the British Medical Association. Below is a sample list of charges made by the practice.
Payment must usually be in advance for posted reports or on collection. Patients must also pay for reports which they have requested but which have not been collected.
20% VAT, where applicable is included in the price.
